Qualifications :

– Female

– College graduated on related fields

– At least 3 years experience in UAE the same field (Secretary/Office
Assistant)

– Knowledgeable in the fields of Events, Audio or Trading

– With good administrative background in managing office files and
re-direction of correspondence

General skills :

– Has background in bookkeeping

– Fluent in written and spoken English

– Excellent telephone manners

– Well groomed with good and strong personality

– Capable of using general office machines

– Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

– Can compose correspondence

– Can handle customer service

– Reliable, trustworthy, analytical, independent, and a self-starter

– Ability to work under pressure and minimum supervision

Salary will commensurate on the experience
