-MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook
-Knowledgeable in Photoshop application
-able to handle accounts
-dealing with queries on the phone, by email and social media
-greeting visitors at reception
-typing letters and reports
-updating computer records
-printing and photocopying
-setting up meetings and taking notes during them
-making travel arrangements for staff
-good communication skills
-able to represent the company to deal with the government, clients & consultants
-able to handle work load
