The candidate should have the responsibility
– Invoices and other documents
– Checking email and give them the appropriate reply
-Follow up with the clients
– Maintaining Office documents and related files in soft copy as -well as hard copy.
-Maintain Petty Cash
– Make minutes of meeting report.
The candidate should have the following requirements
-Proficient in MS office packages
-Should have well typing skill
-Capable to maintain the office environment
-Should have good communication skill in both verbal and writing to interact with customers
-should have good Internet knowledge
