We currently have an exciting opportunity in Qatar that has become available for an experienced and qualified Admin / Operation Assistant, Responsible for assisting overall operational, administration, stores, and others. He will assist in all operational aspects to ensure service requirements are met to the agreed budgets and KPI’s. He should be :
• Arabic nationality ( Jordan/Lebanon/Syria )
• 6 to 10 year experience in GCC – preferred family companies / Mall Experience, Minimum supervisory experience 3 years.
• Should be proactive and organized.
• Maximum ager 40 years
• Team player and capable of motivating and supporting a team
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written English.
• Excellent IT skills, including ERP. ( Preferred )
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Project tracker.
