Description

•Prepare Quotations, LPOs, Invoices, Delivery Note, Statement of Accounts and other documents using word processing spreadsheet.

•Fulfilling the demands of the clients related to Advertising, reports, vouchers

•Provide day to day administrative support to the management.
•Contact businesses by tele calling in order to solicit sales for services and explain services, prices and answer queries from customers.

•Assist and coordinate with project managers/ engineers for various events.

•Follow-up with the clients for the payment.

•Receiving and checking all incoming / outgoing communication on all project documents and distribute them as per project document plan. all incoming / outgoing communication on all project documents and distribute them as per project document plan.

•Preparing reports and doing follow-ups on any pending documents that require approval/comments from relevant parties.
•Maintain and update database filing system.
•Maintain confidentiality of information and documents.
