Job Responsibilities

  • Back office documentation.
  • Maintain files and records with effective filing systems.
  • Monitor and take instructions from the client as well as Execution of clients’ orders and commodities.
  • Must have a strong customer care experience.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year experience in Office Admin.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Telecom.
  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and office management systems.
  • Should be able to speak fluently in English/ Arabic.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
  • Reliable with patience and professionalism.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment (e.g. printer, scanner).

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED3,000.00 /month

Required experience:

  • Office Admin: 1 year
  • Telecom: 1 year
