JOB DESCRIPTION

Carrying out the day-to-day duties of call center in order to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the switchboard, answering telephone calls in a timely and efficient manner, transferring calls as necessary, dealing with general enquiries, and/or referring clients to the appropriate agent or division.

Qualifications:

  • Must have prior call centre experience.
  • Must have strong telephone etiquettes, courteous, have a clear speech and good call management skills.
  • Candidate must be articulate in English.
  • Must be energetic and lively.
  • Ability to multitask in order to handle a busy switchboard.
  • Basic computer skills is required such as MS Office and Internet software.
