As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining aspirational hospitality and fresh counter standards thorough the day.
You will also be responsible for maintaining operational standards for food preparation and visual display, maintaining a high level of personal and food hygiene at all times, use knowledge to support customers with their purchase and ensuring correct products are in the right place and replenished.
About You: In order to be a successful Customer Service Assistant you will need at least 2 years’ experience in Food and Beverage/ Hospitality, F&B hygiene knowledge and certification would be preferred, good communication skills and being physically fit as you will be on your feet for most of the day.
