Job Description :
• Prepares for customer inquiries by studying products, services, and customer service processes.
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
• Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Handle cash transactions with customers
• Scan goods and collect payments
Gender :- Male/ female
Salary :- AED 2000-2500/- + Medical Insurance and Air Ticket
Walk IN Interview at Dulsco Head Office on 14th Nov time 9:00 am to 1:00 Pm.
• 3 years’ work experience with High school degree (Minimum)
• Basic PC knowledge and familiarity with electronic equipment (e.g. cash register, scanners, money counters etc)
• Customer satisfaction-oriented
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Multi Skilled and focused on detailing
