Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities and Duties:
* Take care of incoming customer inquiries via phone calls and our online booking service
* Provide all-round assistance and support to customers before, during, and after bookings
* Maintain existing and develop new relationships with agents and prospective customers
* Handle all transactions related to reservations, vehicle bookings, and rental contracts
* Control clients’ accounts and charges in coordination with the accounting department
* Administer vehicle inventory through internal IT systems
* Update and maintain the company’s CRM system & client database
* In charge of daily office management including filing, stock, and inventory

– Have a background in hospitality, and/or the luxury travel industry, with outstanding customer service experience.
– Have excellent telephone manners, and communication skills in English
– Command outstanding time-management and organisational skills and find it easy to multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities
