European Trading company based in Business Bay looking for an Executive Secretary / Personal Assistant

Responsible for supporting high-level executives and management.
Provides administrative support and performs numerous duties, including scheduling, writing correspondence, emailing, handling visitors, routing callers, and answering questions and requests with VERY GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS.

=> Requirements / Duties:

· Able to keep office clean and to make sure that office is supplied with all necessities.
· Arrange for outgoing mail and packages to be picked up.
· Prepare statistical reports.
· Prepare confidential and sensitive documents.
· Coordinate travel arrangements; prepares itineraries; prepares, compiles and maintains travel vouchers and records.
· Operate office equipment, such as photocopy machine and scanner.
· Receive and relay telephone messages.
· Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
· Able to support the sales team / check documents / prepare & modifie invoices
· Handles other responsibilities of admin as may assign

Excellent skills to use Apple Mac/ Windows as well as:
– MS Office programs (WORD / EXCEL / POWER POINT)
– Adobe DC PDF
