Job Description

• Managing the daily running of the call center, effective resource planning and implementing call center strategies and operations
• Ensuring all relevant communications, records and data are updated and recorded
• Taking orders through online services and placing in POS

Job Requirements

• Currently in Dubai
• Polite & friendly with customers
• Previous call center experience in Dubai is a must

Visa and health insurance will provided.

Full salary is 2,500. No additional benefits.
