We are looking for a Filipina Receptionist/ Administrator to join our team IMMEDIATELY.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone
  • Handle the reception area, answer and transfer calls, take messages.
  • Monitoring Logbooks
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Manager.
  • Coordinate to other departments for Manpower need.
  • Post Job add and schedule applicant for interview.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Employees.
  • Prepare and facilitate all official correspondence relating to probation confirmation, salary certificates and the miscellaneous letters in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure compliance to company policies
  • Monitor staff attendance in coordination with HR department
  • Ensure employees files are kept up to date.
  • Manage filling of company related documents
  • Must work attentively and alert.

Required education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

Required experience:

  • At least 1-year UAE related experience

· AED 3,000 – 3,500 / Month
