Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
Keep updated records of employees and visitors.
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material forms.
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing.
ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization.
maintain cleanliness of the reception area.
organize conference and meeting room bookings.
Other tasks advised by Superiors.
MUST BE PRESENTABLE
Qualification : Minimum High School
Skills: Telephone Skills, Verbal Communication, Microsoft Office Skills, Professionalism, Customer Focus, Team player, Handles Pressure, Multitask , Organized, Detail orientated,attention to detail

Salary: AED1,500.00 to AED2,000.00 /month
