  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
  • open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
  • Perform data entry and scan documents
  • manage calendar for Managing Director
  • assist in resolving any administrative problems
  • Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails,contracts etc.
  • Sometime job is in the field to help our managers working.
  • work is 6 days a week when is a quiet period is 5( for example summer)
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, Appointments and travel arrangements for Managers
  • Maintain office supplies for department.
  • Salary start from 2000 AED+ other allowance

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED2,000.00 to AED4,000.00 /month

Required experience:

  • work under pressure: 2 years
  • Administrative Assistant: 1 year
