1. Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Takes the store keys from the front office desk and signs them out.
  • To maintain the stores in good order.
  • To take month end inventories.
  • To distribute items according to requisitions.
  • To post in coming good in the system.
  • To post outgoing goods in the system.
  • To check on food expiry date.
  • To ensure first in first out items.
  • To keep the stores clean.
  • To ensure that no items are on the floor.
  • Wears appropriate gear to enter the freezer.
  • Return the store keys and signs them in.
  • Clocks out.
  • Ensure that a log book is on the desk for duty manager to fill in case the stores are open after hours.
  • Additional work as might be requested.

2. General Responsibilities:

  • Complies with the Company’s Corporate Code of Conduct.
  • Familiarizes himself with the company values and model desired behaviors.
  • Performs tasks as directed by the general Manager in pursuit of the achievement of business goals.
