Position: “Household Personal Assistant”

Job Brief:
An Executive family based in Dubai seeks full-time Household Personal Assistant to assist and support them with daily professional and personal duties.

• Responsible for overseeing the general operations at home.
• Managing the household’s schedules and calendars
• Event planning, organizing, and coordination
• Arranging appointments for personal and professional needs
• Taking care of the children.
• Assisting in household and organizational projects.
• Scheduling home maintenance and repair work, and supervising the project
• Handling household bills and administrative duties
• Running errands and performing necessary tasks
• Supervision of other household staff, such as housekeepers, private chefs, nannies or governesses
• Grocery Shopping, and other requested items
• If required oversight of finances and valuables
• Travel planning/reservations
Help with moving/planning/organizing

• Non-smoker.
• Previous experience in a leadership role preferred. 
• Comfortable with pets.
• Must have a valid UAE driving License. (Mandatory)
• Job requirement is only for Female and European national. (Mandatory)
• Have flexibility in the schedule as the job can be of extended hours.
• Highly organized and ability to multi-task 
• Experience in the same field would be a plus
