ELV Hub Middle East, a leading Systems Integrator and part of the Bizgate Group is looking for a suitable candidate for our Administrative Associate Vacancy. Previous UAE experience Plus Good English Communication Skills are required (written and verbal).

Preferred candidate would need to be presentable, display a positive attitude, teamwork and motivation.

Duties will include arranging and conducting meetings, handle the office day to day operations and calls, log and direct telephone calls to the right departments and people, Product presentations, follow up, post reports, weekly progress updates, basic accounting skills etc.


At least 1 year relevant experience in Dubai
Competent in the use of standard Microsoft Applications (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Internet Explorer)
Good organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
Highly competitive self-starter who is organized, disciplined and goal-oriented
Personable articulate and professional in both appearance and manner
Driven to learn and apply new ideas and skills.
Enthusiastic, creative and willing to assume increase responsibility
Unique ability to adapt quickly to challenges and changing environments
Strong leadership qualities and team oriented
Strong problem solving and analytical abilities
Able to understand and communicate with a wide variety of people

Excellent communication skills and command of English (written and spoken)

A bachelor degree in Business Administration or Secretary would be preferred.
