Source and arrange new products based on the market and trends from different networks like social media, company websites etc. ? Arrange the campaign for the stock clearance. ? Maintain all stocks related files.
Marketing ? Develop and manage online marketing campaigns and effectively driving brand awareness, engagement and traffic to social media pages. ? Coordinate with the designers with regarding the banners and uploading. ? Publish products through social media by targeting the customers. ? Lead collection and maintenance of records.
Order Management, Customer support and Telesales ? Create an orders based on the leads. ? Order confirmation. ? Handle complaints through calls and emails. ? Arrange replacements and Refund. ? After sale service. ? Follow up with the customers with regarding the complaints. ? Check the orders and arranging for the stocks. ? Arrange the alternative product if the item is out of stock. ? Coordinate with the customer if there is any delay in shipping the order due to stock. ? Collect random reviews from customer (Product, company and service).
1 or 2 Year experience in Ecommerce Field or Customer service experience in Dubai, Fluent in English.
Visa will be provided
Salary will be 2500 DHS including all expenses.
