- Wipe the tables, switch on photocopying machine & showcase light, replenish paper in photocopy, and fax machines & printers.
- Ensure the cleanliness & tidiness of the whole area including the offices, reception area, meeting room, conference room & washrooms.
- Prepare & serve drinks to managers & guests and for the staff if necessary.
- Assist the secretaries / coordinators in faxing, photocopying, filling of documents & disbursing letters / documents etc. to other departments.
- Collect documents & mails from the business center to be distributed to the concerned staff.
- Take telephone calls in the absence of the secretary.
- Guide the micro staff to ensure proper cleaning & disposing of garbage.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: AED2,500.00 /month
