Maintain the whole office and pantry cleanliness on daily basis;
Responsible for maintaining office supplies and equipments, and keeping adequate stocks of cleaning materials and ensuring they are stored safely;
Operates office equipments, such as photocopiers, scanners and printing machines;
Arrange, organize and set up meeting rooms and equipment;
Assisting reception, secretaries or other administrative department in performing their duties;
Abide by the management standards and vision to maintain high levels of work confidentiality.
Prepare and serve Tea, Coffee to Guests and Management Staff;
Female candidate with good communication skills in English and should have minimum five years of experience as an Office Girl/Clerk in reputed/large company in UAE/Gulf.
Ability to communicate at all the levels
Ability to balance multiple priorities
