*Setting up the projector & video calls local & international.
*Assist & guide them in deisgnated conference rooms.
* Communicate with the staff, employees and other individuals to answer questions, disseminated or explained information, take the orders and address complaints,
*Answer telephones, direct calls and take messages.
*Compile, copy, sort file records of office activities, business transactions and other activities.
*Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, fascimile machines, voice mail systems and personal computers.
*Maintain and updating filling, inventory, mailing and database systems either manually or using a computer.
*Prepare meeting rooms and other equipment’s Assist VIP’s im professionalism in their respected area.

Salary: AED3,200.00 /month
High school or equivalent
