The Organization:

Our client is an investment company that works on agricultural regional and international projects and with this plays a role in the food security plan of Abu Dhabi and UAE. They are looking to hire an experienced male Filipino Office Manager to run the office of the Chair Man at their head office in Abu Dhabi.

Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for organizing all of the administrative activities;
  • Facilitate the smooth running of the office;
  • Manage incoming & outgoing communication;
  • Organize internal & external meetings
  • Plan events and make travel preparations of the Chairman office

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills;
  • Secretarial skills;
  • Strong administration and office management skills;
  • Highly organized;
  • Presentable and friendly personality

Education & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or similar
  • Not less than 10 years of experience as Office Manager Additional information:
  • Currently in UAE with UAE experience is mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED15,000.00 /month
