Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Prepare, compile and sort documents for data entry and accounting
• Enter data from source documents into prescribed computer software (i.e. Xero), database, files and forms
• Scan documents into document management systems or databases
• Prepares asset, liability, Income, Expenses and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information
• Documents financial transactions by entering account information
• Accomplishes the result by performing the duty on time

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or Bachelors
• Formal computer training an advantage
• Proficient in relevant computer applications such as MS Office
• Accurate keyboard skills and proven ability to enter data at the required speed
• knowledge of clerical, Accounts and administrative procedures
• Confidentiality, Time Management, Data Entry Management, General Math Skills
