  • Arranging couriers
  • Keeping the reception area tidy
  • Answering and forwarding phone calls
  • Screening phone calls
  • Answering the inquiries
  • Monitoring of Visa, OHC, Passport Renewal of the employees
  • Travel Arrangement for the Vacation/Emergency Leave of the employees.
  • Assist PRO for the required documents for renewal.
  • Coordinate Medical Insurance Add/Deletion and Reimbursement of employees.
  • Assist GM according to his needs.
