  • Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages and file all correspondence especially for important matters.
  • Assist in the preparation of meetings.
  • Maintain an adequate inventory of office and store supplies.
  • Monitor the use of supplies and equipment. Send purchase order to china office when out of stocks.
  • Maintain a record of customer feedback. Customer details. Send email & sms marketing.
  • Provide secretarial support. Saving legal documents on dropbox.
  • Provide HR support, call/email candidates for interview and follow up on their schedule.
  • Posting AD on Indeed / Dubizzle when hiring staff.
  • Updating contact list once there’s new staff, send birthday greetings.
  • Assist new hired staff whatever requirements/documents to be sign for joining formalities.
  • Scanning important documents of the staff and save on their individual files accordingly
  • Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment.
  • Send documents / packages via courier, track online for an updates.
  • Ensure cooperative working relationship with staff and external stakeholders (contractors, suppliers, vendors. Etc.).
  • Taking pictures of the new received Apparels for posting online site.
  • Editing photos to be posted on website for online shopping.
  • Updating product record on the new arrival items to be send in all stores.
  • Update sales images and purchase series on dropbox.
  • Uploading products on website.
  • Making price points for stores.
  • Responsible of taking care of all stationary request from stores.
  • Sending weekly window display from stores to the Managing Director and Operation Manager.

SKILLS:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills; Can-do attitude and ability to think outside the box; High attention to detail; Able to stand for extended periods of time; Avid understanding of front desk operations; Good time management skills; Excellent telephone etiquettes; In depth knowledge of administrative and clerical protocols.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: AED2,650.00 /month
