Our client has a strong presence in the Middle East and we are seeking a Receptionist for their office in Dubai. The role effectively manages all the correspondence for the office and requires accurate and timely input of information into the database.
Working alongside another Receptionist and reporting into the Office Manager, the role is based at the Reception and the successful applicant will be the “face” and the “voice” of the company and must ensure all calls and visitors to the office are met with courtesy and professionalism. Strong organizational skills will be required to manage meeting room requests and coordinate travel bookings for the team.
The main requirements for this role is someone with excellent communication and customer service skills and teamwork ability. This person will work alone in the front of house role so they need to be a self-starter and prepared for varying degrees of busyness. Our client would prefer a mature candidate with a respect for confidentially, team spirit and international culture. At least two years prior experience in a front office position, managing administrative responsibilities, is required, coupled with local experience is mandatory. Candidates should be highly presented with a very corporate approach who can act as a role model and ambassador for the firm.
