Responsible for managing the front office, including receiving guests

Attending phone calls (incoming and outgoing), transferring of calls to various departments, taking messages

Responsible for dispatching and receiving of mails (packages) and couriers and maintaining in/out records

Distributing documents received throughout the business

Organizing and arranging meetings and the conference room as required

Managing and sorting the LPOs to the concerned department

Responsible for managing the supply of stationeries as required

Prepare the attendance sheet of the employees excluding Managers and submitting the report to the HR monthly

Keeping a track record of all courier packages dispatched through TNT Filing of the resumes/applications received by hand and fax and forwarding to HR Keep tidy and maintain the reception area in a professional way Deal with queries from public and customers

Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies Arrange travel (car reservation) and hotel as required
