Receptionist – Mouawad

Assist with the front desk activities including screening / redirecting of phone calls, booking of conference room, greeting / receiving of guests, distributing correspondence and organizing and receiving shipment from the courier service.

Arrange business related travel bookings such as airline and hotel/accommodation

Process business card request

Handle Customer Service inquiries coming from all channels and replying to the queries or diverting it to the concerned department

Ordering of office supplies and maintaining inventory

Perform administrative support to other departments when required

Needed Skills and Competencies

Solid written and verbal communication skills both in Arabic and English

Strong Organizational Skills

Proven work experience as a receptionist

Proficient in MS Office

Excellent in time management
