  • Greet clients and guests
  • Answer high-volume phone line
  • Receiving and sorting daily mail/deliveries/couriers
  • Assist employees with conference room coordination, and other requests
  • Maintain front of house appearance
  • Oversee the booking of the Meeting Rooms, Training Room, Projectors, Conference call facility.
  • Maintain up to date extension and mobile telephone numbers for all staff.
  • Filing of numerous hard copy documents
  • Filing of numerous electronic copy documents
  • Scan all incoming faxes and other documents as required
  • Work on ad hoc tasks with Facilities Team
  • Stock kitchens with snacks and beverages; ensure kitchen appliances are in working order
  • Maintain appearance and cleanliness in kitchens and restrooms; report any issues to the management
