Job Description

Fully manage the reception representing the voice and face of the company
Handle all office administrative requirements for the company.
Answer calls, welcome customers, assist them promptly and make them feel comfortable.
Handle courier, fax distribution, meeting room booking, and maintain full control of the stock for all stationary and corporate/complimentary goods.
Manage the office’s communication facilities such as telephone/voice mail system, Fax and E-mail system.
Should act as Tele caller to generate leads as and when required by the Sales Department .
Provide administrative support to the line Managers.
Graduate with relevant university and at least 2 years of experience
Should have a pleasant personality and excellent correspondence skills.
Should be computer literate.Ability to speak read and write English fluently.
