We are looking to hire a FEMALE receptionist for our office in sharjah ( Buheira ). More details are provided below

Following will be the Key responsibilities for your work.

1. You must be at work by 07:45 AM, Sat – Thu

2. You will receive calls and route to respective department.

3. You will make outbound sales calls for setting up Meetings for sales team members

4. You will send out quotes for IT requirements and will assist sales personnel for the same

5. You must maintain office records and ensure things are done on time

6. All needed things for the daily functioning of the office will be handled by you.

7. You must update our Social media and website pages.

Please note that you must be having excellent communication skills and must be comfortable in making calls for prospective clients. You must be having knowledge about IT products and Solutions since this is an IT company.
