Responsible to handle all incoming calls, walk-in/phone-in client’s inquiries, complaints and requests, handle all administrative functions, and provide office support for Sales staffs in some other issues and reports. Also responsible for dealing with customers’ queries and complaints along with coordination between the sales staff and customers to ensure timely processing of orders, claims, deliveries.

  • Handling all the work/pending issues and preparing e-mail/correspondence for Sales Manager.
  • Keeping records of appointment of Sales Manager.
  • Handling all incoming calls, walk-in/phone-in clients’ inquiries, complaints, and requests.
  • Handling all office duties for the smooth functioning of the organization encompassing work areas such as Memos, Faxes, Emails, Filing, and Courier & Maintenance of Personnel records of Sales Employees.
  • Preparing Warranty Certificates and Pro Forma Invoices.
  • Sorting and prioritizing incoming & outgoing mails & couriers.
  • Sales support by way of preparation of sales proposals (quotations) if required, maintaining the quotation register to make sure no double entry of reference and the serial is in order & reports.
  • Relays all incoming and information/messages/memo to concern sections/personnel.
  • Scheduling appointments / meeting & minutes of sales meetings & follow up activities and pending issues with MSP’s.
  • Dealing with customer queries and complaints along with co-ordination between the sales staff and the customers to ensure timely processing of orders, claims, deliveries etc.
  • Office support for sales team maintaining of customer database.
  • Public relations & to be forwarded to the concerned department
  • Any other sales related activities might be assigned by Management.

Required experience:

  • Secretarial: 3 years
