The Role

  • Senior Office Administrator / Typist. 50% of the role is typing large documents and 50% senior office administration.
  • This position has potential to take on extra responsibility and management duties, such as leading a small team.
  • The right candidate needs to have excellent attention to detail, good initiative and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Typing of large documents
  • Leading a small administration team
  • Assisting the CEO
  • Marketing
  • Organising events
  • Assisting with the Office Management
  • Maintaining and creating spreadsheets
  • Running reports

Candidate Requirements

  • High, accurate typing speed
  • Ideally insurance or legal industry experience
  • Available to start asap!

Salary & Benefits

  • 15,000AED – 20,000 AED
