A Group of Companies In UAE is looking for Storekeeper, who can handle stores independently.
-To check all machinery and tools
-To check the book balances, with the actual physical stock
-To update the system on daily basis
-To exercise general control over all activities in Stores
-Making Suggested order of the stock items according to the
-To make sure to always keep spare parts/tools/goods
-To be in charge of receiving goods from the supplier, take
quantity & quality of the goods, making inspection report and
give the item code & kept in proper place.
-To update the stock list based on the new deliveries
-Issuing materials and components in accordance with authorized
-To maintain proper records, using company’s system
-To issue, for all purchased materials a goods Receipt
-To manage and handle all Excess and returned materials
-To prepare Out-going material form for every request
-To follow up on materials delivery / Driver
-To exercise general control on all companies’ vehicles
-To plan the routing of all drivers
-To follow up on all maintenance related to cars
Will add advantage:
-Somebody who has worked in engineering contracting company
-Knowledge of ISO Standards
-Software knowledge in Peachtree or Tally.
